Executive Summary 

The Quality Assurance Plan deliverable is setting out the quality practice, procedures and processes to provide assurance that the quality requirements are planned appropriately and to assure the achievement of the CREDENTIAL project objectives in the highest possible quality. The main scope of the Quality Assurance Plan is to implement the CREDENTIAL’s Quality Policy, in
particular to:
*identify responsibilities in order to meet the defined quality requirements.
*ensure that all processes relevant to the project are organized and monitored at high level of
effectiveness and quality.
The current Quality Assurance Plan is applicable to all activities, which are related to the CREDENTIAL project. Hence, compliance of their execution with this document is mandatory for all people involved.
